I hope you had an awesome weekend. I went to a wedding on Saturday and it was truly beautiful. That evening, I bought a keyboard so I can start learning to play piano. I took lessons for a couple years in high school but I'd love to be able to pitch in and play for Robert sometimes when we're ministering and that's going to require me to take my very basic piano skills to the next level.

Google just recently introduced a new feature that allows you to manage your GBP directly from the Google Maps mobile app. It’s now easier than ever to make updates and changes to your profile on the go!

To access this feature, simply open the Google Maps app on your phone and click on the Business tab located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Once you’re there, you’ll find a range of options to edit and enhance your GBP. From updating business hours to adding logos and more, you have the power to customize your profile to reflect your brand.

In addition, I wanted to make you aware of three specific features that I highly recommend enabling on your GBP.

These features can greatly benefit your business and help you connect with potential customers in a more efficient and convenient way.

1. Message (Chat): By enabling the messaging feature, you allow customers to reach out to you directly through the GBP. This opens up a channel for quick communication and gives you an opportunity to address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
2. Request a Quote: Once messaging is enabled, you can further streamline customer interactions by allowing them to request quotes directly through the GBP. This simplifies the process for both parties involved and can lead to increased conversions.
3. Book Appointment: If applicable to your business, enabling the booking appointment feature can be a game-changer. It allows customers to schedule appointments or services directly through your GBP, saving them time and providing them with a seamless experience.

Please note that not all profiles have access to these features. However, if they are available for your business, I highly encourage you to take advantage of them. They can significantly enhance your online presence and improve customer engagement.
